Great for beginners and experienced trainers alike! For beginners - a great way to start your strength journey - whether you want to learn how to powerlift, weight train or just build strength and improve your wellbeing! These are one to one sessions with one of our strength coaches to take you through how to perform the core lifts of squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press. Once confidence and technique has been mastered we can move on to programmed training sessions. For experienced trainers - have an expert coach look at your form, help you work through plateaus, and develop your training further than the essential core lifts. Booking this program entitles you to 8 personal coached sessions per month (usually 2 sessions per week). These sessions have to be pre-booked with your coach.
